Remote Work Policy

Serparc is a remote-first company. Our team members work from wherever they do their best work. We judge performance by results, not by location or hours logged.

  • Flexible working hours — you set your own schedule around your deliverables
  • Core overlap hours: 10am–2pm PKT for team syncs and client communication
  • Reliable internet connection is required for all team members
  • Video on during team calls — it builds connection and accountability
  • Monthly virtual team check-ins to stay connected across time zones

Communication Standards

Clear, timely, and respectful communication is the backbone of how we work at Serparc. Because we are remote, how we communicate is as important as what we communicate.

  • Respond to internal messages within 4 hours during working hours
  • Respond to client emails within 24 hours — no exceptions
  • Use async communication by default — not every question needs a call
  • Flag blockers immediately — never let a problem sit for more than a day
  • Communicate proactively — update stakeholders before they need to ask

Performance & Growth
